Counseling Psychologist · RCI Registered Child Special Educator
I am a qualified Counseling Psychologist and RCI-registered Child Special Educator based in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties, as well as children facing developmental and behavioral challenges. My practice combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a warm, empathetic environment where every individual feels heard and supported.
Professional Background
My journey into psychology began with a deep interest in understanding human behavior and the factors that shape emotional well-being. After completing my Master's degree in Psychology from Amity University, I pursued specialized training in child special education and obtained registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), which is the statutory body that regulates and monitors services for persons with disabilities in India.
Over the course of my career, I have worked with individuals across a wide age range — from toddlers showing early developmental signs to adults managing complex emotional challenges. My clinical experience spans private practice, educational settings, and telehealth platforms, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how to deliver effective therapeutic support in different contexts.
I believe that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. My approach is collaborative — I work alongside my clients to identify their goals, understand their challenges, and develop practical strategies that create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are dealing with persistent anxiety, recovering from burnout, or seeking support for your child's development, my aim is to provide a safe, confidential space where progress happens naturally.

My Therapeutic Approach
I use an integrative approach that draws from multiple evidence-based modalities, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. For adults, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and stress. I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques and psychoeducation to help clients build long-term resilience.
For children, my approach varies based on age and developmental stage. I use play therapy for younger children, structured behavioral interventions for school-age children, and parent-guided strategies to ensure that progress continues at home. Every treatment plan is individualized — there is no one-size-fits-all approach in my practice.
Sessions are available both in-clinic at Medix Clinic in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, and online via secure video conferencing. Online sessions follow the same structured approach as in-person sessions and are equally effective for most concerns.
