By accessing or using the State of Mind Therapy website (https://stateofmind.life ) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
State of Mind Therapy provides online and in-person psychology counseling services, mental health screening tools, educational blog content, and appointment booking functionality. Our services are provided by Aayushi Tyagi, a qualified Counseling Psychologist and RCI-registered Child Special Educator.
Mental Health Screening Tools
The screening tools available on our platform (including PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSS, ISI, M-CHAT, SDQ, and others) are validated instruments used for informational and educational purposes only. They are not diagnostic tools and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Screening results should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional for proper interpretation and follow-up.
Not a Substitute for Emergency Services
Our services are not intended for emergency situations. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services (112 in India) or a crisis helpline such as iCall (9152987821) or the Vandrevala Foundation (1860-2662-345).
Booking and Cancellation
When you book a session through our platform, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or cancel/reschedule with reasonable notice. Your first consultation session is free of charge. Subsequent sessions are subject to the fees displayed at the time of booking. Cancellation and rescheduling can be done through your dashboard.
Payment
Payments for sessions are processed securely through Razorpay. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us if you have concerns about a charge.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update your information if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of State of Mind Therapy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
State of Mind Therapy provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content on our platform. We are not liable for any decisions made based on screening results or website content.
